Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, contacting BlueWave Appliance Repair by phone or email, or booking a service with us in any form, you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this page. That applies whether you are a first-time visitor browsing our site or a returning customer scheduling a repair.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services. If something here is unclear, you are welcome to call us at +1 (561) 749-1460 before proceeding. We would rather talk it through than have any confusion.
These terms apply to all services provided by BlueWave Appliance Repair, located at 220 Carina Dr, Jupiter, FL 33478, and to all content on appliancerepairjupiter.com.
Our Services and What They Cover
BlueWave Appliance Repair provides in-home appliance repair and diagnostic services for residential properties in Jupiter, FL and the surrounding areas of northern Palm Beach County and southern Martin County. Our service includes but is not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, microwaves, freezers, garbage disposals, ice makers, wine coolers, pool heaters, and BBQ systems.
We work on all major brands including GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Electrolux, and others. If you are uncertain whether we cover your specific appliance brand or model, call us before booking and we will confirm right away.
What Our Service Does Not Include
Our service does not include appliance installation for new units, structural modifications to your home or cabinetry, electrical panel work, plumbing beyond the appliance connection point, or any service requiring a Florida-licensed contractor outside the scope of appliance repair.
We reserve the right to decline a job if, upon arrival, the technician determines that the work required falls outside the scope of appliance repair, poses a safety risk, or cannot be safely completed under the conditions present.
Scheduling, Availability and Cancellations
We offer same-day and next-day service seven days a week, subject to technician availability in your area. When you call to book a service, we will confirm the earliest available arrival window at that time. Arrival windows are estimates and not guarantees. We make every effort to arrive within the window confirmed, but circumstances outside our control including traffic, prior jobs running long, or parts availability may affect timing.
We will contact you if there is a significant change to your scheduled window. If a technician cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
Cancellations by the Customer
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please call us as soon as possible at +1 (561) 749-1460. We ask for reasonable notice so we can reallocate the technician’s time to another customer. There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with sufficient notice before the technician departs for your location.
If a technician has already left for your address and you cancel or are not home to provide access, a trip fee may apply to cover the technician’s time and travel. We will always communicate this clearly before it is applied.
Access Requirements
You or an authorised adult must be present at the property for the full duration of the service appointment. The technician must have safe and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, appliances that are not in a serviceable condition, or unsafe working conditions at the property.
Pricing, Quotes and Payment
BlueWave Appliance Repair provides a written quote before any repair work begins. We do not start work without your explicit approval of the quoted price. The quoted price covers the specific repair described at the time of quotation and includes parts and labor for that repair only.
Any additional work identified during the repair that was not part of the original diagnosis will be communicated to you before proceeding. You are never obligated to approve additional work. If you decline additional repairs, you will be charged only for the diagnostic and any work already approved and completed.
Diagnostic Fees
A diagnostic fee may apply for the technician’s time spent assessing your appliance. This fee will be disclosed to you before the technician begins any assessment. In many cases, the diagnostic fee is waived or applied toward the cost of the repair if you proceed with the work.
Pricing on This Website
Any pricing information shown on this website — including in blog posts, FAQs, tool outputs, or content sections — reflects general market estimates for the Jupiter, FL area at the time the content was written. These are informational ranges only and do not constitute a binding quote or offer. Actual pricing is confirmed in writing by a BlueWave technician following an in-person diagnostic.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and other payment methods confirmed at the time of booking. All payments are in US dollars. Invoices are provided upon request.
Warranty on Parts and Labor
BlueWave Appliance Repair stands behind the work we do. We offer a warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs. The specific warranty terms depend on the type of repair, the parts used, and the appliance involved, and will be confirmed to you in writing at the time of service.
OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Non-OEM parts, when used with your agreement, carry the supplier’s warranty. Our labor warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the specific repair completed. It does not cover new or unrelated faults that develop after the repair, damage caused by misuse, damage caused by external factors such as power surges or water ingress, or normal wear and tear.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Faults unrelated to the specific repair that was performed
- Damage caused by the customer or third parties after the repair
- Issues resulting from the appliance being moved or reinstalled after our visit
- Normal wear and tear on other components of the same appliance
- Appliances used commercially or outside their intended residential purpose
If you believe a repair has failed within the warranty period, contact us immediately at +1 (561) 749-1460 or at info@appliancerepairjupiter.com. We will assess the situation promptly and at no additional charge if the issue falls within the warranty scope.
Limitation of Liability
BlueWave Appliance Repair is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Florida. We take reasonable care in performing all services and treat your property with respect. However, our liability is limited to the specific repair or service we were engaged to perform.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your appliance that were not disclosed or discoverable at the time of the repair. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages including food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing leaks, property damage unrelated to our work, or loss of use of the appliance beyond the scope of the repair.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service appointment will not exceed the amount paid for that service appointment.
Property Access and Incidental Damage
Our technicians take care when accessing appliances in your home. However, certain repairs require moving appliances or accessing tight spaces. We ask that you clear the area around the appliance before our arrival to reduce the risk of incidental damage to flooring or surrounding fixtures. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing weak flooring, unsecured fixtures, or conditions that were not disclosed before the technician began work.
DIY Repairs and Third-Party Work
BlueWave Appliance Repair is not liable for any damage, injury, or additional costs resulting from DIY repair attempts or work carried out by third parties before or after our visit. If we arrive at an appliance that has been partially disassembled or tampered with by someone else, we reserve the right to adjust our assessment, revise the quote, or decline the job if the condition presents a safety risk.

Interactive Tools on This Site
This website offers several free interactive tools including a Repair Cost Estimator, an Appliance Symptom Diagnostic Tool, an Error Code Decoder, and a Maintenance Checklist Generator. These tools are designed to help you better understand your situation and make a more informed decision before calling a technician.
They are not a substitute for a professional in-person diagnostic. The outputs these tools produce are based on general patterns, typical market pricing, and common fault data. They cannot account for the specific condition, age, model, or history of your individual appliance.
Any cost range produced by the Cost Estimator is a general estimate only and does not constitute a quote or offer from BlueWave Appliance Repair. The only binding quote comes from a licensed technician after an in-person assessment.
BlueWave Appliance Repair accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken based solely on the output of these tools. If your appliance is showing signs of a gas leak, electrical fault, or any other potentially dangerous condition, stop using the appliance immediately and contact a licensed professional directly.
